BRAZIL: Bolo Salgado
Bolo Salgado 2 cups flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoon. salt 2 cups milk 1 egg 1/4 cup grated Parmesan ½ lbs ground beef, sautéed and drained 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped ½ tablespoon vinegar Preheat oven to 350. Mix first 6 ingredients together in one bowl, and second 3 in another. Grease a 9x13 pan with butter. Add half of the dough mixture, spread evenly. Top with all of the meat mixture, spread evenly.
